Macro Tunnels
Macro tunnels are used to cover many beds in a single cover with space for farm workers to access the plants. These create the same climate conditions as micro tunnels.

Application Info
Typically suited to use in warmer climates, larger macro tunnels use non woven materials across wooden or metal frames. Sizes up to 10 m wide enable substantial tunnels to be created as enclosures for shade or as a chemical free method of reducing virus vectors such as insects. Larger structures benefit from additional toughness and strength and frequently a 19 gsm product is selected by farmers who value the additional 26% strength and increased shade of a heavier weight material.
